VIDEO: Man attacks employee with screwdriver in Brooklyn store

A man armed with a screwdriver jammed the tool into another man’s face during a clash in a Brooklyn store, harrowing video released Tuesday shows.

The attack took place inside the Natural Tobacco Shop on Fulton St. near Franklin Ave. — right outside the Franklin Ave. subway stop — in Bedford Stuyvesant on Nov. 18.

Witnesses told police that the suspect, believed to be in his 30s, was arguing with a store employee about 9:40 p.m. when he pulled the screwdriver from a blue and black backpack.

Police are looking for a man who attacked a store employee with a screwdriver.

He then ran up to the worker and jammed the sharp object into his 40-year-old victim’s face, leaving him with a puncture wound to his cheek.

Medics rushed the victim to Kings County Hospital with a minor wound, cops said.

His attacker ran out of the store and was still being sought, cops said.

Police released the video on Tuesday in the hope that someone recognizes him.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
