What a deflating touchdown celebration!
The Dolphins not only won the game Monday night, they also won Twitter — thanks to wideout Jarvis Landry’s cleveer touchdown celebration.
Shortly after Landry found paydirt for the second time Monday night, scoring on a four-yard pass from Jay Cutler, the Pro Bowl receiver immediately pointed at the Patriots bench and then pretended to check the air pressure of the football.
After he was done with his inspection, Landry busted out an amusing dance move and spiked the football into the turf.
The Dolphins would go on to beat the Patriots 27-20.
While the outcome of the game won’t deflate the Patriots’ playoff hopes, Landry’s touchdown celebration likely deflated any hopes that the NFL has fully moved on from the 2015 scandal.
