Jadeveon Clowney appears to be sending a message to Texans owner Bob McNair with his Halloween costume.
The Texans defensive end shared a video on his Instagram story of him at a Halloween party Monday night wearing an orange prison jumpsuit as a costume.
TMZ released a video of Clowney who was reportedly at a party with fellow Texans teammates Deshaun Watson, Kareem Jackson, Alfred Blue and Bruce Ellington.
Clowney’s costume was likely another response to McNair’s reported offensive remarks during an owners meeting.

“We can’t have the inmates running the prison,” McNair said, according to ESPN.
The owner’s comments were made about the ongoing national anthem protests going on throughout the NFL.
Texans players were quick to respond to the words of their owner.

Many players responded before Sunday’s game against the Seahawks by taking a knee during the national anthem. Clowney was one of the players kneeling.
Offensive lineman Duane Brown told ESPN McNair’s comments were “ignorant.”
“I think it was embarrassing. I think it angered a lot of players, including myself. We put our bodies and minds on the line every time we step on that field, and to use an analogy of inmates in prison, that’s disrespectful. That’s how I feel about it,” Brown said.
Brown was traded to the Seahawks Monday night. There is no indication the trade was related to his comments about McNair.

McNair issued an apology Friday saying his comments were misinterpreted.
“I was referring to the relationship between the league office and team owners and how they have been making significant strategic decisions affecting our league without adequate input from ownership over the past few years,” McNair said.
