David Wright could get pinch hit at-bats before September 29th finale, according to Mets manager Mickey Callaway

It’s a tricky situation, though, considering Wright requires advanced notice to get himself prepared for game activity. He has previously indicated that during the rehab from spinal stenosis he needed to stretch for two-and-a-half hours every day just to get on the field for pregame workouts, a grueling routine. Callaway said that will be taken into consideration if he plans on giving Wright an at-bat later in a game.
