SHE WANTS TO BE YOUNG AGAIN BUT WITH AN OLD BRAIN
I dreamed I was sitting in the doctor’s office while he was taking out my brain. I asked him why he was doing this and he told me he had cloned me and was going to put my brain inside the perfect young clone that he made of me. What does this mean?

There is the fervent wish to be young again, but to remain who you are at your present age. In this view, the dream reveals that youth, without the wisdom and sense of identity you have acquired over the years, is valueless. What is valued is knowledge, experience and worldliness. In another view, the male doctor taking out your brain without your knowledge and/or approval reveals concern that a male in your life wants to control you, to remove all sense of logic and self-worth with the intent to manipulate.
SHE WANTS TO RECLAIM A MISSING PIECE OF HER PAST
I’ve always dreamed of demons. I don’t awaken screaming, or terrified, but rather feel like I am missing a key piece of my past. In recurring dreams, a certain male demon follows me around. We converse, and sometimes he’s in the background watching me. I recently dreamed I was viewing through his eyes. I saw myself as a 3-year-old sitting between my grandmother and mother at a park. I was holding a $1 bill. He reached out and handed me a $20, knowing I liked them better. Then I heard him say, “I took your soul.” Please decode this dream.

The male demon that follows you around and watches you from the background may represent the repressed memory of past traumatic sexual abuse trying to resurface. If so, this is the key missing piece of your past. In this view, the dream is trying to work through and distill the trauma to the psyche. Importantly, the act of sexually abusing a child is often referred to as soul murder.
